Nathalie is a Relationships Director at Barclays Innovation Banking, having been promoted to the role in June 2025 after 2.5 years as a Relationship Manager, where she successfully grew and developed a high-performing client portfolio.
She supports high-growth businesses across the UK, primarily working with companies at Series A–B stage and partnering closely with the Corporate Innovation team as clients scale beyond this. Her focus is on organisations within Barclays’ “Scale” segment — some of the most ambitious and fast-growing businesses in the UK.
