Fiona Kelly is a co-founder of Baseline, a Dublin-based founder community and private pre-seed venture fund she established with Eamon Leonard. A former founder and angel investor herself, she helps run Baseline as an independent, non-institutional fund that writes early "first cheques" into technical founders building AI-native SaaS, intelligent automation, and infrastructure across Ireland and Europe. She champions a community-led model in which founders support one another at the earliest stage of the ecosystem.
