Andy Irvine

Andy leads the User Experience Research team at FreeAgent, a leading online accounting software company based in Edinburgh. Andy and his team research customer behaviours, motivations, desires and more, with the goal of helping FreeAgent continually improve their award-winning small business product.

Prior to joining FreeAgent, Andy was Head of UX at agency Blonde, working with organisations like Royal Mail, Commonwealth Games, ScotRail and IRN-BRU to create great experiences for their customers.

Andy is currently running the regular breakfast event ‘5 Things’, where invited speakers share their key takeaways from their favourite non-fiction books.
